Do you accept returns?
- Yes, we always accept returns and refunds except for gift cards and discounted items. We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Adamsretail products, we offer a full refund less shipping.

We take all the risk out of ordering by offering an unmatched satisfaction guarantee. We'll always do our best to take care of you.
**Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, We are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
**Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as Gift cards, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are not returnable.
Exchanges & return (if applicable)
**Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, in its original packing, and in the exact NEW condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
**Returns are accepted after approval by our customer support. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Step 1: Email customer care at contact@adamsretail.com with the valid proof, after approval by our customer support for a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.
- Step 2: Ship your return, including our filled-out return form.

- When the item is wrong, the carrier damages it, or it has some other flaw, this occurs. (Download/Print)
For customer responsibilities (Customer Remorse)
- This occurs when a buyer buys the incorrect item, it doesn't fit, or they decide they no longer want the item. (Download/Print)
**Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on discounted items or Items that are bought with store credit or gift card are not eligible for return and cannot be refunded. The gift cards and store credits issued by us are not exchangeable or refundable.

Damage and Issues (Defective Product)
- Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right. (No Costs).
For customer responsibilities (Customer Remorse)
- In order for us to assess the situation and make things right, please verify your order as soon as it is delivered and get in touch with us right away if you accidentally purchased the wrong item, don't need any more, or received the wrong products. (Fixed Costs $4.95)
Exchanges
- Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
